We enjoyed our stay at the Bellevue. The hotel is a little run down in places but certainly did not spoil our stay. Our room had some large stains on the carpet and bed but the linen was clean and the bed comfy. The shower jets were a little blocked but there was still enough power for a decent shower. The breakfast was the real highlight of our stay. There was a great choice and it was particularly nice that they had champagne that you could help yourself to. The fruit was really good especially the pineapple and melon. Location was easy for getting on the main D tram that takes you up to all the main sites. There was a bar in the hotel but apart from at breakfast we never noticed it being open which was a shame but there is a large Billa supermarket over the road that you can get your drinks from and take them back and store them in your minifridge in your room.

A strategic position and an excellent breakfast
The Hotel is old, but clean and comfortable. A big and quiet room. Nice and friendly staff. Optimum ratio price / services. The best part of the stay is the breakfast: wide choice, fresh products, high quality food. Finally, the position is really strategic as it's in front of Franz-Joseph Bahnof, from where you can easily travel inside and outside Wien.

Having never been to Austria before, we took a chance on this property due to its location - less than 10 min subway ride to downtown, not to mention the subway station was a 5 min walk as well. We were more than pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the hotel at 10am after flying all night and our room was ready. The staff was super accommodating and friendly. The room was better than expected and very clean. Would absolutely stay here again
