Great location
The hotel is in a good location and all the staff were very helpfull.we enjoyed our 3 night stay ,during the recent heatwave and we were glad that we had good air conditioning in the room. The rooms are compact but quite adequate for a short stay ( 12 square metres as described on the website ) ,Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The tap water is perfectly safe to drink.

Very good 8.0
Great location but the bathroom might put you off!
Hotel was in a great location, close to the Rijksmuseum and brilliant for transport- close to trams, bus to the airport and you can do a canal cruise across the road. Breakfast was good, offering a range of breads, cheese and hams, cereal, scrambled eggs and fruit as well a day tea, coffe and juice. The reception area was well-maintained and clean, except for the disabled toilet we used on the last day when work was being done on the reception toilets- there was broken glass on the floor of the disabled toilet and it was dirty. THe room was disappointing. It was so small with no roomto store luggage so we had to live out of our suitcases for the week. The bathroom was tiny and completely see-through.... not very comfortable! The bed wasn't particularly comfortable and I had to ask reception for a softer pillow which they gave me. There were no rooms with queen beds when we arrived so we were given a room with 2 single beds pushed together and a double mattress topper on them. The beds seemed to be slightly different heights so it didn't work too well. We were told we could move the following day but when you arrive at a hotel, you don't want to have to move the following day. Staff were friendly and helpful, location great and pretty clean but I'm not sure I would stay again due to lack of bathroom privacy.

Good 6.0
Location and service were great. But room was not as photographed. Room had very small window (which was dirty!) - it meant the room was dark. The double bed was just 2 singles pushed together. The rest of the room was fine but be aware there are obviously only few rooms that look as photographed.
