The room isn’t big but it’s tidy and clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. Nearby the hotel, though it’s located at the business area, there are family mart and many restaurants, you can easily feed yourself at night. And it’s closed to Tokyo Tower that perfect for a walk after dinner.

This is a great hotel. Very friendly staff. The Tokyo tower is literally to the left of it once you walk outside. It’s a great sight to see. Subways very close by and many shops to enjoy nearby as well. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Hotel does not have breakfast despite advertising it. They give you a voucher for Starbucks. No coffee in the room, must remember to take it from the lobby. Personnel was super friendly though and the hotel is clean. I was there for business, not suitable for that. Ended up changing hotels. Very basic hotel, suitable for budget travelers that just need a place to sleep.

The location is about a 10 minute walk from the JR station. Service is excellent, as expected of the Richmond brand. Rooms at this particular hotel are rather dated and the windows are frosted with a speckle pattern, so you can't see outside.
