We had a mixed experience at this property. On the one hand, the building and breakfast were disappointing—we dealt with two different rooms that had maintenance issues (a non-functional safe and a glitching/lagging TV, AC wouldn’t cool the room ) and the pre-paid breakfast menu was consistently limited.
However, the front desk team is the absolute heartbeat of this hotel. Alex Araiza went above and beyond to handle our frustrations with grace, professionalism, and genuine care. He is the primary reason we are leaving with a positive impression of the service, even if the facilities fell short. If you stay here, you’ll be in great hands with the staff, especially Alex.

Fabulous Stay
Perfect location for walking to a lot of fantastic dining options and other attractions in the city. Staff was super friendly, bed was comfortable, and we liked the filtered water stations throughout. We will definitely return next time we have a Portland trip.
