The comfort of the bed, the shower and the location and hotel vibe were all amazing. The street noise from below was very prominent and impacted sleep, they did put ear plugs in the room but that was not enough

This hotel is centrally located making it easy to get to and from. There’s lots to do nearby and easy to get to stuff further away. The hotel was clean, had powerful AC, and good free food and beverage.

Fantastic location for exploring the area around Sol, and a very reasonable hotel rate too. Really easy to explore the area (Museo del Prado, Royal Palace and botanical gardens all only 10 minute walk away).

Everything was great except for the bed. Another trash can would have been appreciated too. Didn't expect to be given pastries in the morning so it was a nice surprise.

We had a good experience at the hotel, the staff were friendly and the rooms and bed were quite good. The location was good but it was noisy with nightclub noise.

The hotel is centrally located in Madrid within walking distance of museums and main sites. There are many shops and restaurants in the area. There is a large square close by. The premium room we stayed in was clean, had an outdoor area to sit, small fridge and a king size comfortable bed. The staff were all helpful. There are various sources of noise at night that can last for awhile - people on the street, police cars, delivery vehicles, the rooftop bar.

The Deluxe Double room was very clean, and the thermometer in the room was working perfectly, especially since it was cold in November. The staff were amazing and assisted us without hesitation. From asking for an extra chair for the room to using an iron board, no problem for these guys.
Loved the fact that if we didn't get the room cleaned, we got a nice breakfast bag in the morning. But have to mention the location was key to this place. 5 min walk to the entrance to Sol station on one side and a 10-15 min walk to Grand Via on the other.
Starbucks and Dunkin' Doughnuts are a few minutes walk away as well. Two grocery stores nearby as well. Plenty of food variety depending on your choice. We found a few halal places as well to cater for our needs.
I can happily stay at the B&B Madrid Centro Puerta del Sol again if I get the chance.

staff were very professional and on top of things. They booked a cab for me to the airport for very early in the morning room was very comfortable, loved the bedding and the way it was set up excellent location.
