The location was excellent, right in the middle of Liverpool and perfect for getting around and making the most of our stay. For the price, it was really good value for money. Clean, practical and good value for a short city-centre stay. Exceptional value for August as well. The room had air conditioning, which was useful, though it was not the strongest. The shower was also fine rather than powerful, and the bed looked a little beaten up in places. A few minor maintenance issues, but nothing major. Would happily stay again. Room was clean. Air conditioning was ok, but not great with the current temperatures! Location was amazing, close the mathew st, but far away enough to not be really loud. We booked an accessible room which provided more space and we had a window (many rooms don’t have a window) There was very minimal hanging space and no seating etc in the room. TV didn’t work at all without headphones which was a little odd. None of that mattered to us because we were out and about for the 2 days we stayed.

Good location. Double room adequate for a single person as quite small room. No kettle, cups to make my hot drinks. Available for sale in reception for £2 50. One towel had been washed but, obvious stains on it. I had to pull out bed to get something that had fallen behind it. Very dusty and some litter there. Windows could not be opened even minutely. Bathroom good. Okay for the money. Also, you must pay City Tax now.
