Staff were lovely as we didnt have enough towels in the room and asked at the desk. Rooms were lovely and clean. We stayed in the sound of music room and was great only down fall would be to add another dressing table as with being 6 of us in the room. Also a lamp just to brighten up the room alit next to the dressing tables but apart from that was amazing. Really central to everything we needed and would defiantly recommond staying here and will be booking again.

Excellent stay, thankyou! Staff were very pleasant and happy to help. Kept in contact pretty much until check in which I found was really helpful. Location is the big thing here literally seconds from concert square yet no excessive noise so able to sleep. Rooms clearly purpose built for party atmosphere so a bit run down not impacting stay really and still look pretty cool. Overall rooms are spacious, clean, beds comfortable everything you need for a night out with mates really. Parking bee car park two streets over only charges £8 for 24 hours which is boss in such a central location. This was our second time back and we will likely return. Thankyou!

A very popular hotel for groups. Multiple beds in rooms. Rooms and floors are themed. We stayed on a Sunday and Monday. Great location just minutes from Bold St. food, pubs. Theatres are walkable. But what makes this hotel is the STAFF. Super friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. Tip. Ring hotel in advance for recommended parking.

we had several issues during our stay, a group of guests next door to us repeatedly knocked on and attempted to open our hotel room door while shouting things such as “open the door” and “unlock the door,” which made us feel extremely unsafe. We contacted reception four times before anyone answered. When the receptionist eventually answered the phone, I clearly explained that we were four young women and that we were scared to leave the room because unknown men were outside our door shouting and trying the handle. When a member of staff eventually attended the floor, he only asked the other room to turn their music down and did not address the fact that they had been trying our door or shouting at us. The behaviour of repeatedly knocking and trying our door continued throughout the night, and we were not contacted again to confirm the situation had been resolved or to check on our safety.
