Very good
Basic, clean and good location
Basic, clean hotel room. All the amenities you need. We stayed in early September and had to use the fan. There is no AC in the rooms which would be needed for summer. Friendly staff and easily accessible to shops, restaurants and public transport. It is a 20 min journey to central station

Exceptional
BEST HOTEL IN OOSTERPARK .. WONDERFUL LOCATION,
Q Factory.. great location as my brother lives 5 mins walk away and was his wedding recently. Not central Amsterdam but literally 10 min tram ride away in a prosperous green wonderful child friendly area.. Great coffee shops/restaurants local parks and great connections to all. Our room was minimalist, clean, two separate single mattresses that we pulled together... pillows and duvets suitably scrummy to cuddle upto... Loved.. but not to all ones liking. I shall recommend 100% as for our stay was what we required for my brothers wedding...

Was OK
Was pleased about the place being fairly clean, and the customer service was great! Location was also good - it is easy to catch a train from/to airport. And the tram stops are close to go to central Amsterdam - we actually even walked one day, it's just about doable. There is a really nice museum (Tropenmuseum) close by - would thoroughly recommend that if staying there, as lot less crowded than some others, and very interesting exhibitions. However. Wasn't too happy about there being a music event next door on the first night we stayed. It was soooo warm, but when we opened the window, the noise was just so loud we couldn't sleep at all. So reverted to closing the window and suffering from heat, but noise being at least slightly quieter. Really didn't like the very dark bathroom design (black tiles and dim light) - was difficult to see anything, and felt almost slightly claustrophobic. Also, maybe providing something as basic as shampoo would have been nice (kind of expected it as it is called a "hotel"... so was a little surprised). Overall, it wasn't a bad place to stay (convenient, good service, quirky) - but some improvements could be made.

Good
Pretty mediocre
Okay so it was nice but not worth the money, hotel rooms weren’t properly cleaned the whole time we were there all they did was make the bed and give us new towels. The walls were mega thin and it didn’t help that there was a football game being showed in the hotel when we were staying so all we could here was shouting and screaming. More of a wannabe hotel than anything else. There was paint flaking off the walls of our room, mini fridge was empty, our tv wasn’t working so we told reception they said it would be fixed the next day but it wasn’t even looked at the whole time we were there. The reception staff were lovely though as they were very accommodating and helpful with any questions. Although there was no iron or hairdryer in the room. First night our room was freeeeezing. And such an echo in the rooms. Air con was really loud too like there no change of getting to sleep with the air con on.Location wasn’t terrible but quite a walk to get to the center. It was a nice hotel but let’s just say I wouldn’t go back. Pretty average honestly and could do with a bit of an update.oh and my boyfriend also found a false eyelash on the bedsheets, wasn’t mine anyway!
