The location is outstanding being 2 minute walk from the Old Town Square. Proximity to numerous restaurants and activities was easy as well. Room was clean and quiet and bed was very comfortable. The only drawback is there is no elevator so be prepared for multiple flights of stairs but the property location more than made up for the inconvenience.

Great location. Was a heatwave whilst here so useful to be able to pop back and spend an hour in the air conditioned room when it got too hot. We’re able to leave our bags and extend the key card to be able to come back and pick them up which was useful. Shower was fantastic. Room great. Beds comfy. Would use again.

The welcome was again great, the room was large and well fitted out. The only down would be that when you leave the room and take your room card everything switches off including the fridge and AC. I would recommend this hotel to guests who want to be in a great location and don’t mind climbing a couple of flights of stairs. We will be back next time we are in Krakow.

Me and my mum had a fabulous stay at the hotel. The staff were all really nice and helpful, the room was lovely and cosy and clean, and the location of the hotel could not have been better. We had breakfast included in our stay and were so glad we did as the restaurant was in a beautiful spot overlooking the park and the food was really nice with plenty of choice. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
