Relaxing hotel with class

Hotel stay was great. It’s the closet hotel to the airport with a shuttle service. The patio and pool layout is gorgeous. The hotel room was super clean and fantastic. The food was good at a fair price. Food Service was excellent. All the staff members spoke excellent English.

This is a modern, stylish hotel just a five minute drive from Skopje airport. Everything is new and clean, and there is a nice restaurant and bar on site. A free airport shuttle is available at any time. The only thing to be aware of is the bathroom in the room is all glass, as in, there is no privacy no matter what you are doing in there, so if you're traveling with someone just be sure that modesty is not an issue.

Beautiful hotel for an overnight stop over.

Excellent hotel near to the airport, very comfortable and offering a bit of luxury. The pools and sunloungers were great and the restaurant and bar were lovely to look at but were let down by the poor kitchen service. We waited an hour for a basic chicken dish and tables around the pool had glasses not collected. The larger of the pools looked a little bit dirty in the shallow end of the pool , the smaller pool was fine . The hotel did offer nice little touches such as breakfast included and an airport transfer and the room and the balcony were spacious and very clean. Overall a lovely hotel .

Nice airport hotel. Certainly 4 star in service and facilities. It has a nice large pool, restaurant with classy dishes. Though it is in a quite poor environment which is to be expected near an airport. The hotel creates a nice bubble in the area to remove any aircraft noise and poor neighbourhood. We only got three towels for two persons so we had to ask for another one. At the reception and restaurant some people can speak english, but not the cleaners. Great hotel for one or two night stay.

Great service and nice hotel

We only stayed in the hotel for 8hrs due to a very late flight, so we didn't get to experience the full range of amenities that the hotel offers sadly. The breakfast was very nice and it was also great that it could be eaten outside, especially on a nice sunny day like my visit was! The room was decorated nicely and it was a quiet room. The swimming pool was big and the surrounding furniture was nice - this was one of the things I didn't get to experience during my very short stay and wish I had been able to! The other positive I would like to add is that the hotel staff were very helpful. We organised a transfer through the hotel and messages were answered quickly, the transfer was prompt and helpful and when we arrived at the hotel just before 3am from our late flight, we were really thirsty and the lady working on reception personally came to our room to check we had received a complimentary bottle of water, which was great!

The hotel is a few minutes from the airport and is perfect for when you are flying home. We had booked two double rooms but one room was upgraded to a junior suite. The room only had towels for one person so we had to ask for more. After our first day, the room was not cleaned when we returned. I asked for new towels and shower gel and it took over 3 hours before it got to the room. The hotel is non-smoking but the staff smokes outdoors and the doors to the hotel are open so the lobby smells smoke. The breakfast buffet was small but good. The restaurant had good food. The pool is nice and there is a good selection of sun loungers.

Don’t stay here!!

Do not stay here, first off they knew the air conditioning wasn’t working but didn’t say a thing at check in. When we called to complain they said “oh yeah, we know, they’re gonna fix it soon”. Then the curtains are all falling off because the curtain rod hooks are not strong enough to hold the curtains up. There was nothing in the room, one towel, one coffee, no soap, n conditioner etc. Finally, do not come here with anyone you’re not completely intimate with, there is no barriers between the room and the shower and even the toilet. It’s kinda disturbing!!
