Hotel is in a very convenient location next to the Tokyo Station, which you can access by underground or street level. The deluxe room is nice with plenty of space and the hotel service is great. We didn’t try the restaurants, but they seemed to be busy.

Loved the fact so many delightful little touches had been thought about. Made our first night in Tokyo very special indeed.
The absolute relief when the kind girl at reception offered immediately to look after it snowboard bag was huge!
The breakfast the following day was equally wonderful and the staff and place all made us wish we were staying longer. A marvellous option for Tokyo and perfectly placed for the station and shinkansen

Our favorite place to stay in Tokyo! Super convenient location attached to Tokyo station makes traveling super easy. The staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. Breakfast buffet is delicious with lots of options for everyone. Once I found this place I’ve returned on every trip to Tokyo since. Already looking forward to my next trip!
