Everything about the facility is just fine except for one kind of important thing for travelers, hence 3 stars instead of more, if anybody cares. There are at least two glaring holes in the shuttle schedule, which happen to occur at peak travel times, that you won't find out about until there is no shuttle for at least an hour. No other airport hotel in Amsterdam seems to have this issue. So if you plan to shuttle here from the airport you really ought to directly contact the hotel to get an accurate shuttle schedule and hope that delays don't put you right into those holes. An unhappy cab driver can take you there, its not more than a mile or two, but the cost is nearly 40 Euros.
