We had pre-booked and prepaid for 3 rooms in this hotel, but when we arrived for our first night we were told there were no rooms available for us. We were then told that the only option was to stay in another hotel (which was far away and much lower value that what we had originally paid for the rooms), and were taken there for 1 night with the promise that the rooms we had booked would be available for the duration of the trip the next day. At the new hotel, we were split up on different floors and the rooms we were given were unclean and noisy. The next day, we were not contacted by the hotel as promised, and when we phoned them we were told that the rooms were not available and that we should stay at the hotel for another night (despite it being totally inappropriate for our needs). We were constantly messed around and had to wait 6 hours for any replacement accommodation to finally be found. Also, the rooms we were given in the new hotel meant that we had to share 2 rooms rather than receiving the 3 rooms we had booked and paid for. The management at the hotel was largely unresponsive and untruthful, it was very disappointing and a stressful start to the trip. Do not book this hotel if you can avoid it.
