This house is in a great position for exploring cowes. It’s right next to M&S and the high street. Gets quite noisy at times as it’s right next to the taxi and bus stop. The house has parking but it’s around the block not directly outside. Because of where the house is it’s quite dark as it does not seem to get much sunlight on it so it’s quite damp. Cosy for a small family but lounge only seats 4 comfortably.

Family visit
Met by awful smell in en-suite shower it took 10 minutes of running shower to clear it. Property needs a lot of tlc. Bulbs missing in ceiling light mirror broken and bed broken underneath. Kitchen tap dripping so water being wasted. Only 2 milk pans available for cooking for 7 people and insufficient cutlery only 1 teaspoon. Living room is too small for a family of 7. The house is in a nice area for access to shops and restaurants as well as other parts of the island.
