This was the best Villa I have ever stayed at, the staff were very nice and accommodating I will miss them, they went above and beyond and made sure everything was good. They also replied very fast whenever we needed anything. The Villa was very nice and spacious and the pool was lovely, it wasn’t heated but with the weather it was good enough. There are some small ants or bugs around the Villa but we are in Bali so. The breakfast was amazing and had different options. Each room had multiple air...

Having stayed at a number of 5 star hotels in Bali, this is one of the best. The suites are modern and amazingly epic. The location is stunning but there is nothing surrounding the hotel, so this is a 2 or 3 night place. The food is amazing and all kitchens are led by French chefs who are both visible and helpful. Anyone spending time in Bali will know that the locals aren’t good at making cocktails but this is hotel is different and flown in external training. We had a “sea view”, but you get s...

This hotel is a masterpiece in all senses, and especially to someone how likes to be transported back to colonial times. The architecture is simply the finest, the courtyards inside beautiful, the overall feeling everywhere priceless. The reception, restaurants and old entrance lobby are filled with history in every corner with a meticulously work of historic preservation worth to mention.
Since the moment we walked in late at night every member of stuff treated us special. You are not just a...

We enjoyed 6 nights in this secluded in the national park hotel; as a family of 4 we had two villas joint together. Superb experience: tranquility, excellent service by a very friendly staff & delicious food. Animals (deers, birds, monkeys) arefreely wondering around unscarred- amazing experience to observe them!
Expensive excursions were offered by the hotel, therefore we organised our trips with local people (4 times cheaper).
The hotel's name includes "spa", but there is only massage on...

Hotelnya sangat bersih, property terawat dengan baik, fasilitas lengkap dan semua berfungsi dengan baik, namun makanannya jauh banget dibawah standar dan juga sikat gigi di room terlalu tipis.

The hotel itself was great value for money. The buffet breakfast had a vast choice and the entire staff were extremely pleasant. Special mention to the staff who helped me find urgent medical help early one morning and arranged transport to the hospital, it was greatly appreciated.
