The hotel also provides transfer from the nearest Kutchan train station to hotel. The 3hrs train journey from New Chitose airport to Kutchan station is manageable. The view from the room is picturesque every morning. The low ratio sharing of washer + dryer per block of room is life changing!"

However a lot of the runs were just opening or not opened. The only downfall is because some of the rooms are apartments there were a lot of family’s staying so it was pretty noisy at times. "

trip. It was fabulous. The onsen was so lovely and the staff were friendly and helpful. We never ate at the restaurant for dinner, but the breakfast buffet was super. The rooms are very large and the one time the onsen was closed for cleaning, we used the balcony tub and it was delightful. We would definitely stay here again!"
