"We have stayed here every year for the past 4 years and this year discovered the appartments have had upgrding (they were nice before but now they have had a major renovation they look amazing) the staff were as friendly and awesome as they always are. "Great location opposite Lille Flandres train station and very near the shopping centre. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Polite and friendly staff! They kept our luggage when we arrived early and we left. I loves the "salon" located on the first floor where you can help yourself to free hot drinks and croissants and cakes as well.as snakes. Lovely atmosphere and decor. Good room with good quality shower gel and shampoo. Double windows so no noise. Thank you!"
