Lovely place and owner was very friendly and helpful. Pub food was great and the room was decorated beautifully with the bed being incredibly comfy

Lovely property. We had a double room, which was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. Plenty of parking.
The only gripe (tiny) the curtains wouldn't stay closed. I used a hair clip to keep the morning light out.

We absolutely love staying here for our first wedding anniversary. The work we received was excellent and the room was absolutely lovely. What a quaint place to stay which is very quiet. I would highly recommend and we have no hesitation in staying here again.

Turned up, used instructions to get key as hotel was locked in afternoon, got in lovely comfortable room, good shower, went to Bath, came back, slept soundly, went home. Would love to stay here again

The Landlord / staff were really helpful and friendly. Facilites were very clean, we had everything we needed for a good stay. Definitely recommend.
Even had a complimentary breakfast as we stayed on a Sunday night.

every thing was great , from ease of check in to the lovely room we stayed in. Spotlessly clean and modern with everything we needed for the evening. I would definitely book to stay here again if returning to the area .

This is a beautiful guest house and restaurant. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Clean and well presented room. Lovely patio garden. I would defiantly come again and thoroughly recommend.

We made reservations for 2 rooms 4 guests and the second room was ready for 1. No wifi instructions on the 2nd room. The staff argued that we made the wrong reservation. Absolutely not true! Breakfast was complimentary but very poor. Would be better not to offer it at all.

Great value hotel for a short break near Bath
The room was lovely with a huge en suite bathroom (with bath and shower) and a very comfortable bed. We ate in the restaurant on the first night and the food and service were both first class. Breakfast the following morning was also very good, although we had to wait a while for the food to come out. The owners were very friendly and helpful, giving us bus times and useful information for our trip into Bath. Overall, an excellent hotel. We will be back.

Room was great shame about the lack of breakfast options they only offer a continental style breakfast which they leave out on a tray overnight so we didn't bother. Also staff not particularly welcoming!
