Not up to Hilton brand standards
Ice makers not working. Had to go down to barvto get ice. Had breakfast included in room, they did not have the buffet for two of two of yhe four days I was there. No maid service unless you ask with no signs anywhere letting peoe know this.

Unprofessional front desk young girl needs training. After a long day driving we arrived to the room TV was not working tried calling front desk many times no one answered I called from my cell phone hoping maybe they answer. Went downstairs to let them know about the tv same girl asked me did you try calling maintenance I replied yep this is why I’m here no one answers their phone she let me know when they are busy they don’t answer the phone. Talked to a Tanika she let me know she would send maintenance after 2 hrs no one showed up no call with updates I called Expedia about the issue they immediately were able to assist. They also tried calling Hilton they put them on hold 3 times. Tanika then calls me after 10 pm offering me to change rooms I denied the request I was in bed with a 5:30 am flight I don’t recommend this hotel. Bar is noisy, the Kleenex box was empty don’t recommend staying here.

The vehicle entrance and exit system seems to frustrate the Lyft and Uber Drivers and delayed my arrival at a major event I came to town for. It also caused delay trying to get to the airport. It seems to cause needless frustration for everyone involved, including the customer service team they have to call if they can’t get the arm to raise to let them out, I think the company should really reconsider whether they need a security system for vehicles or not.

No housekeeping provided. We had to call for additional coffee, cups and towels. Parking was charged $18 a day and we were using hotel shuttle to the hotel!
