Lovely Hotel in Back Bay
Overall, really enjoyed our stay. In-room wood burning fireplace was a great perk and the person who took care of getting the fire started (Roland, I think) was excellent. Room temperature was a little hard to control, but manageable for the most part. Very comfortable bed. Bathroom toilet area was a bit tight (could be a problem for large people). Great location and wonderful staff.

The Lenox is Wonderful
The Lenox Hotel is wonderful, with nice lobby ambience and European charm. The service was what may stay exceptional. Everyone - from the President of this hotel to the young valet guy - was a top notch professional, looking to make a guests stay a really comforting one.
