Rooms were clean and bed was comfy - staff was lovely. The carpet throughout the hotel is very dingy and not appealing to see upon arrival. New carpet and fresh paint would take this hotel to a 5-star easily.

We travel alot with & without kids.. so there's alot we look for in a hotel!!! Safety..cleanliness ...friendly staff....The staff was absolutely amazing!! Everyone we encountered was cheerful and greeted us with a smile and was so incredibly helpful! Location was perfect great restaurants within walking distance! The parking lot was well lit for Safety coming and going late! Wasn't right downtown but close enough to get to everything quick!!! 10 out of would recommend & will stay there again!!!

Staff was friendly. The only issue we had and we did not report them to staff.
The room was very clean except the floor and it had dog hair on it that your socks would pick up when you walked across it.
And the tv remote was weak. Maybe a weak battery.
