Beautiful room, we were in the Windsor house part of the hotel. Very quiet room. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Staff were excellent. Breakfast and restaurant area were great. Our room though was looking a bit tired. The headboard was smaller than the bed and was loose. The duvet cover was split. Furniture and decor old and tired for the room price. Parking was great at the station. The room heater/air con unit old and noisy

Officious front desk. Not helpful. Tried th charge a room upgrade that was not requested. Poor bar service. No drain stopper in sink. Room door cards failed. It used to be great. I think sold to some group and not the same anymore
