Worst check-in experience and customer service ever. The guy checking us in was so rude and gave us no information. Never looked up, never told us anything. Asked for my id and cc, then handed me the keys. No communication, no hotel info, no room number even. I was booked in Executive lounge, park view, paid extra for those features. When I called down from the room, he told me there was no executive lounge with park view and I needed to “shut up long enough so he could explain this to me.”
I went down to talk to a manager on 3 separate occasions and each time was told there was no manager on duty. Absolutely unbelievable!
The room was old, rips in the sofa, carpet stained, hooks falling off the wall in the bathroom, mirror was filthy. Room service never came and cleaned our room….etc.
I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and I’m completely shocked at how it has gone downhill.
Never got to talk to a manager so I paid for extra services we never received. No compensation, no apology, no offer of moving rooms…just told to shut up by their front desk employee. What a joke of customer service!
