Very spacious, clean, updated room! Quiet area…I think we were probably the loudest being that we traveled with 2 children (9&10) one who has autism and sometimes can lash out and be pretty loud. We requested a bottom level room because of this and room 15 was a perfect fit for us. We just love this place. Something neat to mention: the bathroom has a heater installed where the fan is, so it’s nice and warm when you get out of the shower! Also a really nice gas fireplace.

Great stay for two nights. Highlights: fireplace with private latge windows on either side looking into green grassy area with plants. Tasteful decor, very large room and well separated large bath area. Easy room access by our car. Keurig in room and Nescafe full coffee, latte, etc free in the lobby. Friendly check-in, check-out. The only thing i would have liked more is higher flames on the fire.

A lovely stay. Bed was comfortable, WiFi solid if not speedy, fireplace was great. Everything was clean as could be. My room was right across from the public outdoor gathering area, so there was a little noise, but everything quieted down nicely after 10 and I got an excellent nights sleep. Very close to Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s and convenient to the municipal beach and Old Monterey. Would definitely stay again.

The shower needs a bench & shower floor was slippery . And the coffee maker needs to be replaced. Brewed only a 1/4 cup of coffee even though a cup of water was used. Parking was extremely tight to back out of one way only driveway.

Customer service was excellent, the man at the front desk was beyond helpful and friendly. The location was close to nearby stores and shopping, there was adequate parking in the lot and the surrounding area felt very safe. The room was overall very clean, only complaint we had was that the linens and towels had an odd smell to them, even upon requesting new towels they smelled the same so we are thinking it’s wherever they store them.
