Great Stay near the Fort
Very nice hotel. The front desk asked us daily about our stay. Rooms are clean. The restaurant is nice - they have great expresso drinks. Great location and I love that it’s dog friendly. Only bummer is the $45 a day parking.

The breakfast was NOT free and was limited in options. The bar did not have a liquor license. The staff was very limited and the cost of valet was very expensive. The rooms were small and there were dogs allowed on all floors of the hotel. There was construction on the side of the hotel with work beginning at 6 am so it was not a pleasant stay. The construction should have been disclosed before I made a reservaction.

Close to Market Square for dining and shopping. Unfortunately you do pay $35/day for mandatory valet parking. Typical for downtown Knoxville hotels.

The room was beautiful as well as the common areas of the hotel. The decor was nice as they linked it to the textile industry in Knoxville. Justin at the front desk was outgoing and friendly. The bartender and the morning front desk person were not as cordial.

Hidden Gem in Knoxville’s Downtown
Room was awesome with view of sunsphere. All employees were exceptionally friendly, professional and knowledgeable about area.
Valet service was stellar and ALL the valets were so nice.
Absolutely love this hotel.
Just needs more trash cans in room.
