Good clean hotel in decent location
Hotel was warm and comfortable and offered daily turn down service. Nespresso capsules in each room was a nice touch.
Only real negative from my point of view was that spa facilities not included for guests.

Family trip to Iceland
Adult family vacation taking mother and grandmother to Iceland.
Hotel was delightful and was a real treat.
Only snag was breakfast and dinner there is incredibly expensive.
£25 for breakfast
£60 for dinner.

Basic room but everything you need
Stay was good for the price, disappointed the spa area was extra but the overall stay did exactly what we needed.

Will definitely be back!
Stayed here for 6 days with my 4 year old grandson and we had an amazing time. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. The breakfast buffet was great with Western options as well as Scandinavian and Continental. My grandson loved the waffle bar.
The location was an easy distance to downtown and all of the tour operators we used as well as the Flybus do hotel pick ups and drop offs there right to the door.

I did not know the location of this hotel was outside of Reykjavik. It's a 20 minute walk. If you're up to it and don't need to be right in downtown, then this hotel is for you. I don't mind the walk and the free exercise. Plus I was just there for 1 night. I chose it for the free parking and parking in Reykjavik is not always easy. For me they're easy to find being used to urban driving. It's just the constantly being aware of how much time you got left and constantly feeding the meters that can be inconvenient.

Lovely and classy hotel.
Stayed for 4 nights to do the tourist thing then watch Wales play Iceland. This hotel was top draw, spotlessly clean, superb staff, great food. Could not fault anything.
Has a huge car oark out front and is easy to find, backs onto a small domestic airport but we couldn’t hear any noise from the aircraft. 20 mins walk into town. Will definitely be staying here again next time I visit Iceland.

Clean hotel but the room was very small for 3 people and the beds were also quiet narrow.

Really great sized rooms. The water pressure in the walk in shower is fantastic. Good food at the restaurant. The mini fridge is miniiii lol bed was okay, pillow are flat had to get a few extra. Windows open in the room so that’s nice. We watched judge Judy for 9 days as there’s like no channels to watch on the tv. If you opt out of housekeeping they’ll give you 1000isk credit each day to the restaurant. Can’t get you much lol bc everything in Iceland is sooooooo expensive but it’s a nice way to stay eco friendly

The room was very clean and comfortable. We had a small fridge, coffee maker, but no microwave. We loved the breakfast buffet, but were not impressed with the dinner menu. I would recommend getting dinner in one of the many excellent nearby restaurants. Parking was free and we never had a problem finding a spot. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
