Bad Experience.
Cancelled the trip after 1 night stay (had 5 nights booked) Room stank of cigarettes, burn holes in the smelly throw. Damage to the room. Doors not secure. A lot of migrant activity in the surrounding area. Left for security reasons. Bad experience.

Accueil, limite je dérange le MR, lui demander une facture un challenge prise de mes coordonnées pour envoi de facture sur mon mail 2jours après rien reçu .
La chambre était correcte mais le voisinage et la fréquentation exécrable bruyante au possible

hotel passable pour 2 nuits
le personnel est trés sympathique et les chambres sont relativement propres. par contre des travaux de rénovations seraient à envisager. Nous avions un jour en fermant la porte de ce fait les odeurs de tabac et autres des personnes fumant à l'extérieur s'infiltraient dans notre chambre. Ce n'est pas super agréable d'être réveiller à 2h du matin par les personnes de la chambre d'a coté et leurs odeurs, ni d'avoir l'odeur dans la chambre lorsque nous rentrons en fin de journée.

Bad, old, not feeling safe
Terrible odor of cigarette smoke (in a non-smoking room). Un-safe environment with people hanging around outside, looked like immigrants.
Booked for 3 persons (1 adult and 2 chilren) including breakfast. However, in the system at the hotel, only 1 person was included - on hotels.com it could ONLY be seen as breakfast included for the entire group.

The air con or fan does not work since 2015 as the receptionist said, very hot rooms, dirty bathroom, the only areas cleaned was the bedding sheets, even the duvet was dirty.
Beds and room dirty with bugs, i was there for only one night and it was enough to not return.
Wall is peeling off, bed unstable and soft, windows lock broken, no fan, no air con, bathroom shower curtain missing holders, very small and not comfortable.
To cancel is very difficult because they don’t receive messages or call, reception very stinky and the people around makes you feel in a proper gang area.
Never anymore.

Séjour dans cet hôtel n'a pas été agréable . Manque beaucoup d'hygiène .Non respect des horaires d'ouverture pour le petit-déjeuner ou pour la réception . Et personnel de mauvaise fois et pas accueillant du tout.

Not the worst place I have ever stayed
JUst SO small. Locks and windows had been violently broken in the past and hastily repaired. SAFETY was a concern, even for the managers who even buzzed in customers during daylight hours. Ours was the only car in the parking lot, even with many other peolpe staying. Even the clicking heels after midnight didn't have a car. I guess they were on the clock.
Over all, I would never recommend an outsider staying there. Forget it if you are a woman traveling alone.

Il y a eu une coupure de courant d'une heure vingt a partir de 22h30 environ, je suis descendu 2 fois a la réception sans pouvoir rencontrer du personnel , la plus part des chaînes de tv tnt françaises ne fonctionnent pas , l'eau est chaude en fin d'après midi mais faites vite pour prendre votre douche car vers 19h elle est tiède et même fraiche
Pour dormir ça va mais faut pas demander plus

Nous étions à Dunkerque pour 3 nuits. Nous avons passé la première par obligation et avons vite changé le lendemain matin. Chambre salle , trou de cigarettes sur les couettes!!!! Et très exigu..
