A little inconvenient but clean
We booked and paid for a king room in advance and when we checked in at 7:30pm they said they were out of king rooms. She gave us a queen room but didnt offer any discounts. She also said a lot of the rooms were having HVAC issues but ours seemed to work fine. Room was clean and breakfast was good.

I arrived early than the checkin time but they left me in the lobby for more than an hour until i went back to them and ask if the room was ready and it was but they weren’t calling me. Also, the key card wasn't working through so I had to go back and forth 2 times until I got into the room. And I asked for the service and once the lady came, she knocked the door couple of times while I was going to the door to open, she just opened the door with her key card. It was just terrible..

Had a Blast!
Went to Nashville for a girls trip and stayed in a suite with two other girls. It was spacious and made sharing enjoyable!
A great location (about 5 minute walk to Broadway) for a good price.

Bad Service, Good Facilities
The lobby door was closed and locked on arrival around 6 PM on Friday Dec 20 for some reason. A guest had to let me in with their room key. After check-in I was told I had room 210 (it was written on the little envelope with the card keys) but when the key didn't work I went back to the front desk and was told it was actually 320. After I got into the room I found out it was a studio even though I paid for a 1 bedroom. The front desk lady was apologetic (again), said they were full that night and offered to comp $50-60. It would have been nice to learn that upfront and not have to return to the front desk to complain. On checkout next day a different lady said a manager would follow up with me on the comp. It's been a day with no follow up yet from the hotel.
Otherwise, the room was nice, the buffet breakfast was good, as was the dining room, and the location was great.

The 2 young men at the front desk were very receptive, very helpful, friendly, respectful and courteous. It was obvious they had proper training to do their job. The valet parking was not only convenient for us; but, the attendant was very nice, and even though it was freezing outside, he was cheerful and seemed glad to be there.

I’d stay again for sure.
We had fun. Very close to Broadway, restaurants, bars, etc. Our room was very clean and comfortable. And breakfast was awesome!

I only gave it a terrible rating because our truck was one of 4 that was broken into on the same night. We did valet parking, which is through a third party service. The hotel needs put up cameras and do more to protect guest property. Hotel and service was nice but will never stay here again.

You asked re check in. Morose, uninterested, bored receptionist, surrounded by her take away food. Empty wrappers all over the desk, as well as her drink carton. Curt and unwelcoming. Not a good advert for the hotel.

Location great and walkable to Broadway but off the beaten path enough not to have constant noise and easy to get using ride share. Breakfast was very good. Rooms spacious.
