Very nice, spacious room, great view, awesome pool. The bed was really hard for us otherwise we would give it 5 stars. The pillows were very good. Receptionists were very nice. Being a VIP property we got upgraded to a higher floor with a beautiful view.

Found out this place is actually a timeshare but regardless the front desk staff were very courteous and welcoming. The place could use some modern upgrades like USB outlets and more updated furnishings but overall comfy and clean.

The room was dirty. The bottom of my feet turned black from walking around the room. The general areas hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The bathroom wasn’t clean and the shower was broken so we had to bathe with washcloths in the sink and none of the equipment in the gym worked.

We asked for a late check out as my wife had to catch a train that afternoon. The latest they would give us was 12 noon and our train was not until 3 o’clock seemed Rather inflexible and not great service The property is super dated, and the parking is borderline dangerous in the parking facility. On the plus side, the proximity to the Riverwalk is great with excellent cafés close by
