Incredible shower
Great shower lots of pressure and gets hot quickly, I also enjoyed the pillow selection, they had 2 different ones out of the 4 on my bed, mattress was just right for me, not too soft and not too hard, slept like Goldilocks 😂

Parents should be ashamed!
When i checked in the help was very nice & outgoing. The oroperty felt safe & was exceptionally clean. Unfortunately, a kids hockey team checked in after i did. Kids were running the halls until midnight, yelling & being disruptive. Their parents were all too busy drinking to care. By the next morning the property was trashed. Garbage, candy, chips etc everywhere. My suitcase crunched the cheetos in the elevator. Their breakfast was amazing, thankfully I got up early enough to beat the hockey team there.

Great Value
The room was clean and quiet. Check in was quick and easy. Loved the soaker tub! The location was perfect for us to visit family. Can't comment on breakfast as we slept in far too late and missed it. We forgot an item in the room and it was brought to the desk and logged to our reservation. Ample plug-ins (including USB) for devices.

Bedding and bathroom were very clean, but the carpet in the room was shabby and worn out. The room also smelled very musty, like an old damp basement, even though it was a ground floor room. The unpleasant odour persisted for our whole stay, even though we opened the window to try and get some fresh air circulation. Additionally, the toilet was running when we arrived. We fixed it immediately, but it was temperamental and several times we had to take the lid off the tank to adjust the mechanism to have the seal close properly to stop thr water from running. I might ordinarily have asked for a different room, but the hotel was packed so it seemed like it would be a hardship to make the request and we were only there to sleep.

Very clean. Exactly what you expect from Best Western. Reliable. Note its in a mainly industrial area though Suitable for the airport, less suitable for those looking for a night out in centrsl Lonfom or visiting Western University.

Quick overnight stay
A quick one night stay after a week business trip. Rooms were clean and presentable, but somewhat showing age in furnishings (expected, older hotel). Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and the hotel has a pool, exercise room, breakfast dining area and meeting rooms. Rooms are quiet, and beds are comfortable. Location is about 5 minutes from the airport, so perfect if you have a early departure.

The elevator needs servicing, the doors open while the elevator is still in motion. My room had visible water damage to the ceiling and the AC was incredibly loud, and the lights kept turning themselves off while I was trying to take a bath. Then I went to check out and the staff physically went to inspect and comment on my room while I waited. Incredibly uncomfortable and I don't think I'll return.

I asked for a late check out by phone, they said I'd have to wait until I was at the hotel to do it. Fine. Got to the hotel, they said I'd have to talk to the morning staff about that. Like the bare minimum of a hotel is to be convenient, but they can't even communicate with each other? No system to leave notes for the morning staff??? Seriously, I was so disappointed. I had 2 rooms, got there after 4h of driving, at 12:30am, to go to work the next day, and they couldn't even bother to do their jobs and COMMUNICATE with their coworkers?? I'm glad it was just one night.
