I asked for a late check out by phone, they said I'd have to wait until I was at the hotel to do it. Fine. Got to the hotel, they said I'd have to talk to the morning staff about that. Like the bare minimum of a hotel is to be convenient, but they can't even communicate with each other? No system to leave notes for the morning staff??? Seriously, I was so disappointed. I had 2 rooms, got there after 4h of driving, at 12:30am, to go to work the next day, and they couldn't even bother to do their jobs and COMMUNICATE with their coworkers??
I'm glad it was just one night.
