Nice Stay in Horse Shoe Las Vegas

Nice hotel in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip. The rooms are spacious and have great views. There are a number of restaurants, bar and a food court, massage bar, shopping arcade as one moves to the pool level. For those who are planning to see around and visit the Mojave desert or the Canyons, there is a tour travel desk downstairs and we took service from them.

Mid Strip with Sizeable Suites

Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms with plenty of toiletries. Early check in was easy and was able to upgrade our room. Almost every elevator has broken mirror panel in them and our hallway to our room from the elevators smelled a little bit like an electrical problem might. Good central location for the Las Vegas Strip!

The stay was good. My daughter and I were there for Mother's Day and Sweet 16! Our initial interaction with guest services was amazing. I can't remember the guy's name, but he ROCKED! The customer service he exuded needed to be in every area of the hotel (not that others weren't nice, he was just SUPER nice)! The hotel was great for the price. The location is awesome! It was quiet on our floor, so that made for a good stay. I would stay again!!

Our room was very spacious and we really enjoyed the views! The room, especially the bed, was not spotless but easy to clean up ourselves! For the price we paid and for the great location on the strip we are definitely coming! Just be aware that Uber has a problem coming to pick you up the first time! It seems their GPS is off with that location!

The room was a little dirty. There was trash on the floor, and the couch looked like it had not been cleaned in years. I loved the size of the room and bathroom. The view was amazing. The hotel should pay more attention to the cleanliness of the rooms.
