I have stayed here many times. Probably 10 times so far. It is VERY convenient location for Mass general hospital Also very convenient for Mass transit, Whole Foods and CVS next door. There is a long standing ongoing hospital construction project across the street so it is a little noisy and you might want to request a room not facing Blossom Street

The rooms are pretty date and need some love (eg drawers hard to open, dirty / stained walls or bathtub, etc) The ice machine on the 11th floor never worked for my whole stay. Ok if this is the location you need to be in.

Great location - near Mass General if thats why you're there. Many restaurants and stores are easily walkable - Whole Foods, Walgreens, etc. Facility-kinda old and tired. The batchtub spout was wiggly, the carpets had torn and repaired or not repaired places. Staff was nice enough, parking is ridiculously expensive - we took the commuter rail in - just a 5-10 minute walk, pretty easy, from Government Center. I was surprised that you don't need a room key to use the elevator - SO common nowadays and especially in city environments. I feel safer with the limited access that a key card type elevator.

Convenient location to TD Garden

Great location to TD Garden for our concert. Helpful staff and excellent valet service. Lots of food choices and stores in the general area and located within a quick walk

Nice overnight stay

Had a quick overnight stay. The rooms were snug in size but enough for the purpose of our trip. Not too surprised for a hotel room in the city. Considering that, it’s a busy area so plenty of city sounds - horns and sirens. Convenient to Starbucks, bakery, CVS and the T for traveling around the city. Prepare to pay a lot for overnight and valet parking.
