Good location, decent price
The rooms were modern and clean and the location is great. There are no bathroom fans, so the bathroom was damp. We got side by side rooms, but the adjoining sir couldn't be unlocked by staff, so that was disappointing. Buskers bar arched to the hotel is a lot of fun.

Great hotel.
Stayed here with friends, we had a couple of rooms. We had a really pleasant stay. The location is absolutely perfect, close to all the pubs and restaurants and tourist attractions if you want them. Hotel was clean and comfortable, the free cocktail was a nice touch and the cookies each day! The man on reception was super friendly and a nice character, didn’t get his name sorry! We will sure be back.

10/10 Exceptional

Admittedly, I was a little nervous to stay after reading some of the reviews about the noise levels, but it wasn't as bad as some other reviews made it out to be. The staff were very helpful and professional. Our room faced the alley way and while we heard some people being loud outside and distant music from near by pubs at night it wasn't anything egregious, and we didn't hear a peep from the restaurant attached to the hotel. However, I can honestly say I was so exhausted at the end of each day I slept right through any outside noise. I even bought noise canceling ear buds, but I didn't need to use them. The hotel is also very centrally located to everything in Dublin. I would recommend looking for pubs outside of the Temple Bar District though as it is very touristy and overpriced. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

2/10 Poor

Poor Room - false advertising
I did not receive the room I booked and was charged extra for it. 1. booked a standard double room, paid extra for same and received a Pod Room. reception confirmed same - therefore I expect a refund on the difference ! 2. carpet is rotting along the bathroom wall, smell of mould and must. carpet ripped and coming apart 3. view from the window is of refuse dumped approx 3 feet from the window, couldn't leave window open for fear of rodents coming in - pics . 4. the bathroom is not the bathroom for the room I booked. i specifically wanted a shower, not a shower over a bath! 5. half of the TV channels did not work - uk tv channels not working ! Not worth €350 euros, the Hotels.com website is falsely advertising rooms at this hotel for a higher price - this is illegal and misleading to guests. I do expect that I recieve a refund for the overcharge and for the poor quality room and misleading service that was sold to me.

Great place
Everything was great. I just wasn’t thinking there was going to be a live band under us all night. But I guess that’s what the place is known for.
