10/10 Excellent
"We had two newly refurbished and one original room, all were very clean, comfortable and well presented with the new rooms being beautiful. The shared areas of the hotel are a little tired and some carpets a bit threadbare but they will hopefully be upgraded in due course. The patio is beautiful on a sunny day and we enjoyed sitting out pre dinner and post breakfast. The food was delicious and the staff were lovely. Very well positioned for a visit to the golf or to the seaside."

With affordable accommodation options available, this trip could provide great value for money.
  2. Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: To explore last-minute hotel deals in Preston, visit the DealsOpens in a new window or Last-Minute DealsOpens in a new window sections on Hotels.com, where you may discover discounted rates close to your travel date. Additionally, the Smart ShoppingOpens in a new window tool available via the app allows you to compare hotel prices and amenities, helping you make informed decisions. This way, if prices drop or rooms become available, you could be among the first to book your ideal last-minute getaway.
  3. Be flexible with dates: Prices can fluctuate due to various factors such as the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year, so having some flexibility with your travel dates may help you find a better deal for your stay in a hotel in Preston. For those in search of something a bit different, boutique hotels can provide a more personalised experience and occasionally offer better value. When you book through Hotels.com, we’ll inform you if the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. If the price is on the higher side, we may suggest alternative dates that could be more affordable, assisting you in your search for a favourable rate.
  4. Consider your location: Hotels situated near the city centre usually tend to be more expensive, but thanks to Preston's superb public transport connections, you may discover a more affordable independent hotel a bit further out that remains well linked. For those keen to explore alternative, less crowded neighbourhoods or even lesser-known nearby towns, there is often excellent value for money to be found.
