The hotel location is perfect. The hotel is beautiful, but continuous maintenance issues in the rooms is a problem. Not having hot water the first night was not acceptable.

This was an amazing stay. We stayed for 13 nights and they made us feel like family. We had tears in our eyes when we were leaving, from the front desk, to the pool guys (especially Jayesh and Kamal) to the door fellas who took good care of us and our amazing room attendants! The staff provided Ritz Carlton service 100% from the front desk, bell staff, restaurant, and pool . We enjoyed a couple of the onsite restaurants. The food and service were all excellent. The location of the hotel was beautiful and very walkable. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay again if we ever visit Dubai again!

This hotel is beautiful. They have alot of staff to help with your baggage or if you need transportation. They also have security. This made me feel safe. The front desk reception was very friendly especially Suman. I thoroughly enjoyed my room. It was spacious and the bed and bedding was very clean and comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. Also please check out the activities especially the Quad bike ride in the dunes in the desert. I give my vacation in Dubai a 10
