The lady on check in was so intent in engaging in conversation and banter with her colleagues that one could be forgiven for thinking she had not met them for sometime and having done so would never again. In the end I had to ask her to pay attention to my check in. We have stayed here many times and always found it very good as indeed it was on this occasion. However we felt the breakfast was not up to previous standard as the food was cold and not up to the quality we had come to expect. The food in the lobby was very very good , we enjoyed our stay , have no problem recommending this hotel and will return again. ,

It’s a lovely hotel with a great staff and great amenities. And, the location can’t be beat. You can get just about anywhere you need to go walking. Just make sure you don’t have a room facing the busy street. Especially if you need to keep your window open when it’s warmer. It’s extremely loud and it’s right over a bar. But, once the window is closed, you really don’t hear much. We travel every few weeks and I would definitely stay here again.
