Great hotel, great location. The thing I like, particularly was the housekeeping. It was more efficient more consistently done, and done better than many hotels that I’ve ever been at. I also particularly like the $10 breakfast credit to use at the restaurant downstairs, it had a fantastic grab and go selection. Really useful for getting up and getting on my way.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and newly renovated. In a great area. The adjacent restaurant and coffee shop were both terrific! Also, the staff are excellent. Also, I left something important in the room when I checked out/left for the airport and the manager called me immediately, so I had enough time to come back to retrieve it before my flight, although they also offered to send it to me. An all around great experience.

The absolute BEST staff. Dina welcomed us and was incredible throughout our stay. She was incredibly kind and friendly, helped us with something that made our stay easy and memorable simply because she is awesome and could, and she made our stay a genuine 10/10 experience.
Of course, Chris is also a legend and we look forward to chatting with him every time we are in town, too.
Great location, beautiful property and wonderful rooms, and a special thanks again to Dina, Chris and everyone at the Dagny for welcoming us back. Best staff in Boston and we are excited to stay with you all again soon!

Lovely hotel near downtown Boston
Well located, courteous staff, excellent gym, good quality rooms that were very clean. Quite noisy at night from vehicles occasionally but very little pedestrian noise. Easily located to most of the tourist spots if visiting for a few nights.
