Night getaway!

Very nice hotel! Check in was easy and the staff was kind! I had a few questions before our stay and they were quite responsive by email. The room was surprisingly spacious, and the beds were comfy. We were happy to see a tub in the bathroom and the view was AMAZING. The elevator was close to our room and we did hear it, but otherwise it was a quiet experience as well. we would absolutely stay here again - a very positive experience.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 9 nights with my wife and baby. On arrival, the room had an old, musty smell which was a little off-putting. During my stay, housekeeping was inconsistent, the sheets were only changed once, and towels were not replaced daily. The room itself was cleaned just 4 times over the entire stay, which was disappointing.
That said, the room was spacious and comfortable, which made the overall experience better than it might have been otherwise. With more attention to cleanliness and housekeeping, this could be a much more enjoyable place to stay.

The room was quite nice. But the general level of service and attitude of the staff (especially the girl working the front desk!) was pretty poor. Either she does not like job or she does not like dealing clients or people because she is just abrupt, impolite and generally helpful and unfriendly.
I was there for about 8-9nights. The safety deposit box in my room did not function and the service man could not change the batteries properly or get it working when he tried to fix on the first day. Then he left and never back. I requested the repair 3x and nothing was done. The exercise room is quite nice and well equipped. I used it repeatedly but the electronic display on the rowing machine did not work. Again I requested it be repaired 3x and no action was taken to my knowledge. The hotel seems fairly empty. The cafe/bar was never attended or opened. The breakfast staff were generally unfriendly. It just seems like a hotel I decline. The pool was not accessible and is under repair. And they don’t know when it will be reopened and don’t seem to care to find out.
I probably would not stay there again (if nothing else just avoid the unfriendly front desk girl).

The room was ok, the headboard of the bed had squares of red tape on it and it was damaged, the ventilation in the bathroom was non-existent, so you live with the smell after someone goes to the bathroom.
They advertise a double size fold away bed, it was a single fold out bed, and no extra blanket for the fold out bed, and no third towel, but reception gave me one.
Positive things - the room was quiet and the shower pressure was great.
