Good hotel
The hotel is very nice, a bit dated, but in perfect condition. The staff are fantastic, very professional and friendly. The main problem is the misleading availability of the beach. The hotel is by the beach and the pictures show something like a pier which is certainly there. But these posts are managed by other contractor who does not give any priority to the hotel clients.

We had a perfect little getaway here....located a sort stroll from the train and RIGHT ON THE BEACH....Aside from being literally seaside, the other key feature of this hotel are the welcoming, kind, and helpful staff.

IL PRIMO ALBERGO SENZA RECEPTION
La cosa più grave è la reception inesistente. Al momento dell'arrivo ti consegnano la chiave della stanza e poi scompaiono. Al Momento della partenza ( ore 9,30 del mattino) ho dovuto chiamare il numero del telefono più volte senza risposta ed un numero per le urgenze collegato ad una segreteria telefonica Dopo diverse peripezie ho deciso di andamene senza pagare. Servizio ristorante di ottima qualità, molto ben servito; la colazione potrebbe e dovrebbe migliorare.Arredamento molto datato; il comfort degli ospiti è un optional: con l'albergo semipieno e tempo da favola è stato chiuso lo stabilimento al mare??? la segnalazione di una lampadina fulminata in bagno non è stata presa in considerazione almeno fino al momento della partenza.

Ho passato il week end di fine giugno presso Villa Carpenti, L ‘Hotel è situato al centro della costa di Santa Marinella, la vista mare è bellissima, la struttura è accogliente, il personale gentilissimo, Per godersi in relax Il mare è un posto che consiglio.
