The reasons for giving a three-star rating are as follows: 1. There was an insect on the floor of the room. 2. The towels provided were torn. 3. The weight scale didn’t work because the batteries had run out. Unbelievable a 5 star hotel would make such a cheap mistake! Apart from that the room was comfy and quiet, walking distance to the old town.

Lovely hotel!
The hotel was beautiful and in a great location. The team were very helpful and welcoming. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean, quiet and well cared for. The only elements that could be improved were the bed was VERY firm and the pillows were not comfortable. The breakfast tea was not replenished in the room and the towels were quite rough. All personal preference and didn’t massively impact our overall stay but for a 5 star hotel you would expect these things.

The hotel was a fabulous find converted from a palace with lots of history. The conversion is modern and sympathetic at the same time. Its location in Krakow old town is superb and convenient for sightseeing, close to all restaurants and bars.

Fabulous boutique hotel, two minutes away from the town square. The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly and welcoming. Comfortable rooms with the added bonus of underfloor heating in the bathrooms. Lovely breakfasts. Would definitely recommend

Really amazing hotel. It's beautiful, quiet, great food and excellent service. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was the wifi (not secure and sometimes spotty), which also didn't connect with the tv. So, we couldn't watch anything on the tv. The Michelin reviewed restaurant was amazing!
