Great hotel, fantastic location. We were able to check in early which meant we had more time to explore Brighton which was very welcome. Our room looked like it had only recently been decorated and was elegant but very comfortable. Only small gripe I’d that our room was at the side of the hotel and we were woken by the glass bin collection in the early hours as the windows didn’t seem to be double glazed but really not that big a deal.

A wonderful hotel which is iconic on the Brighton sea front. Room was modern clean and beautiful appointed with tasteful design and decoration. We had breakfast which is now a buffet, not my taste as I prefer table service and things like eggs Benedict, poached eggs and pancakes so would not go for the breakfast option. However what was available was fresh and cooked well. Overall a wonderful hotel and perfect choice for us.

The Hotel is in a Prime lication for exploring Brighton.Gorgeous stairwell, nice bar and restaurants. Our room was a suite with sea view, it was spa ious, had a bath by the fabulous window and a balcony with plenty of space to sit and watch the seafront (well worth it).We were lucky that the Pride.Parade took place when we stayed ans we spent 3 hours cheering the wonderful people. The best thing though is the staff, right from the door through to the bars and reception,everyone was on top form.A noticeable upgrade from stays a few years ago which were ok but now service is 5 star.

From arriving and having our car taken to the car park for us and luggage brought in, to having a last late night martini in the bar, the service here is second to none. To add in the fact that this is probably the most stunning hotel in Brighton, decked out with brightly coloured velvet and the beautiful staircase, we absolutely love it. If you are looking for original features and quintessential English decor and service, there is nowhere better to stay in Brighton than here.
