There is no parking at this hotel and you will have to find a parking spot somewhere on the street.

It was a good stay and as we excepted. Walking around was difficult for the construction, which was not hotel's fault.

The hotel is in the middle of a construction zone. Very noisy. I didn't like the idea that I had to use valet parking and give up my keys. There was the hidden cost of parking not disclosed when booking. Although the staff was very pleasant, & the rooms were clean it is a very old hotel and not worth the price. The bathrooms were very small, the pillows were thin and not comfortable & the air conditioning was not working. The room was very hot and no matter where we set the thermostat we couldn't cool it down.

Construction during the night was very loud. I had a terrible sleep. I would not recommend staying at this hotel until the construction on new transit station is complete.

The people working whether it's the women at the front desk, the concierge/parking valet, the dining room host and hostess are all terrific. Even the housekeeping staff excel.
They greet you and make you feel truly welcome. If any concern arises, they immediately try to correct it .

Lots of hidden fees that were not disclosed to me ahead of time. Decently clean, very old hotel and dated rooms but good beds. They had lots of options for the included breakfast. Better than the usual fare for free breakfast.

Construction happening outside was loud and continued throughout the entire night. It made for a very disrupted night of sleep. Otherwise, this is a nice hotel, where I've previously enjoyed multiple stays without issue.

The location was good for the purpose of my trip. Everything is dated and even though it was 'non-smoking' the room still smelled of smoke. Room temperature was hard to manage.
