Alot for your money
Got more than what we expected for the cost. Myself and my partner went to Amsterdam for a few days, this hotel was one of the cheapest prices and it happened to be next to the number 2 tram line, which worked out perfectly. There was a couple of shops and a pizza place a couple hundred metres away which was handy as the restaurant wasn't ideal. The main issue we had with the restaurant was that there wasn't very many options and the options we did pick off of the menu were not available. The night before we went into the restaurant we heard arguing between bar staff and hotel staff, it wasn't the most professional however it wasn't too interuptive. The pizza vending machine is an interesting novelty and somewhat fills a gap when you are hungry, however it's slightly undercooked. Can't complain for the price of the pizza though. The main vending machines are overpriced and spending 4 euro on a small bottle of coke takes the mick a bit. The room. There was a kettle in the room, big plus for me, the bathroom was impressively well put together and made the place feel more premium. The bed was massive. Yes you get a view of the motorway from your window but frankly i wasn't there to gaze out the window all day. More than enough plug sockets for charging devices and the tv is smart. The staff. No complaints, super friendly, helpful, awesome. When i asked for help they helped me. Would we go again? Yes What would we change? Menu in the restaurant What we liked? Staff!

Great value for money and fantastic staff!
The staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious with kettle and a small fridge. Check-in was easy and I used the on-site parking which was much cheaper than public parking.

Excellent service. There are vending machines in the lobby area and a bar/restaurant. There is a pizza maker machine in the lobby area as well. There are a few grocery stores a few minutes away. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious.

Good stay in Amsterdam
Good location outside the bustling centre, which meant quiet nights but conveniently 10-15 minutes into town. The staff were so helpful and nice. The hotel felt a lot newer than expected - we enjoyed the small touches like the pizza machine, etc. The room was larger than expected and very comfortable. The bathroom is where it loses a star but big enough, good shower.

Excellent Stay!
This was a great stay, not too far from Amsterdam Centraal (20-30 minutes) either by #2 tram and/or M51 Henk Sneevlietweg station, convenient as well as a nearby Lidl or Albert Heijin (supermarket). Room was excellent and clean with a small refrigerator, A/C, heater, etc… all good! All within city limits for walking, great! Nearby Döner place (owner is friendly!) and pizza place…This hotel even has a automatic pizza vending machine you see in Japan too which is 24/7 (see picture - takes only card just like all of Netherlands now..) (hotel is 24/7). I will stay again here especially for the price and convenience!

Room w/3 twin beds make it nicer to co-share
Parking cost 25 Euros a day. The hotel tax was 35 Euros for two nights. It was collected when we checked in. Just FYI about the extra costs. Staff was friendly. The hotel was clean and had a nice lobby area. Breakfast was too expensive so did not use their breakfast (I think it was 30 Euros for breakfast). Loved having a small fridge in the room. Overall, we had a nice stay and only one concern. I found the foam mattress on the bed to be too soft; it sinks, and the pillows are firm and huge. It wasn't the most comfortable way to sleep, but it might work for you if you have a flexible curved spine. It's not ideal for stomach or side sleepers. Still, it's doable and I would consider staying here again. It's one of the few hotels that offer triple twin beds, so friends don't have to share their sleeping space.

Highly recommended
The staff were super friendly, the room spotlessly clean. A lilttle out of town, which is what I wanted as this meant we could walk round some of the bearby gardens and canals. Highly recommended.

Shared 4 bed room a bit cramped but otherwise fine. All clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Area seemed a bit rough and off putting to use public transport. No other facilities around however only 30 mins using UBER to Amsterdam central. Nothing to complain about.

Hotel reception was excellent. Rooms were clean. #2 Tram was only 5-10 min. walk away and never had to wait long. 20 min. ride to Central Station. Convenience of having breakfast at hotel was not an option at 19€/person. I booked through Expedia website and it mentions that parking is available. This tells me that there is a €/day cost. This is understood. Only when I got there did I find out that it was €25/day. Hotel website indicates price but Expedia does not. These suits need to align.

Super stay!
It was a great place to say, an easy tram ride into the centre and a clean, modern hotel. We enjoyed our stay. Only thing was the rooms were a little warm with the air con not seeming to do anything but overall, a great hotel and place to stay!

What wonderful guest services you have. So helpful. The rooms were not super clean and the building needed a refresh. But the people at check in made our experience really good.
