Staff were fantastic. I booked two nights but booked both nights separate due to needing an extra night. The staff were brilliant and sorted the same room for both nights even though they had to juggle some rooms around. Room was slightly dated but very clean and suitable for my stay. The food in the restaurant was very good for a hotel and a good choice

Just can't praise this hotel enough. I feel ill on the night I was staying and the hotel was caring and supportive throughout, checking on on me, supplying me with bottled water and taking care of my needs and looking after the ambulance crew after they had seen me. Thank you so much and I will defiantly stay here again

A lovely stay in a clean hotel with a spacious room and super comfortable bed. Bathroom hand soap and shower gel were empty which was the only inconvenience when you're already in the shower ha ha. Would definitely visit again.

Air conditioning was very good in the hot weather. It was a shame that the gym was an extra £10 as it didn't mention that when I booked the hotel.

Good hotel with a nice leisure club that you can use. Breakfast was great. Staff helpful. We stayed here before an event at the Coventry Arena and it was convenient for that.

Very nice hotel, staff and room were both excellent, bit of down side is menu doesn't change much for every day, and if booking via camparenson website you'll need to pay for the health club, on which the website like Expedia doesn't say so. Otherwise fantastic hotel

Hotel was very good, I was in room 119 and it was very spacious with a huge double shower bathroom. Staff were very helpful and food in restaurant was enjoyable.

8/10 Very good

The room was clean and large. The staff were pleasant. There was a choice for breakfast and the dining room was well laid out. We had booked a bottomless brunch for my birthday. We hadn't been told that it didn't include cocktails which I have had many bottomless brunches, all of which included cocktails. However, it was enjoyable.

Massive sprawling hotel, obviously extended time after time. Good large room, clean, all facilities. Good spa area, slightly run down in the changing rooms, just needs redecorating. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast
