Staff at reception were great. Room nice size and clean. However didn’t sleep a wink very noisy outside and being next to the lift room 202 heard everyone coming in at all times of the night and guests leaving early morning, stayed for a business trip.

Room accessibility is tough for older folks with luggage especially. Traveled with my 75yr old parents and they did fine, but it is stairs and halls to get to rooms. Elevator to floor, but hallways have stairs and are long.
No problem for the rest of our party.

This hotel was honestly amazing. The rooms were compact, clean, and very comfortable. The windows were doubled up so it was quieter considering the busy street. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the lobby environment was so lovely and festive. Easy access to local spots and good pubs/eateries. I would stay here again in a second.
