Check in was flawless, welcomed by the floor staff, receptionist, and given a lovely welcome drink, truly enjoyed. Asked for a late check in and the receptionist was so accommodating and just lovely to us. Called then to get breakfast in bed for 11am and it was delivered bang on time and lovely and hot. I've reviewed the hotel stay separately through a survey from them. Overall this is a beautiful hotel and was a lovely place to stay. We would have spent more money dining at the hotel had it been better staffed; it was too difficult to get service when we were hungry. But goodness, if you get a chance to stay here, take it! We absolutely loved our room and our view. The hotel itself is just beautiful.
