Our stay at Shangri-La Tokyo was truly delightful. Every member of the team we encountered was exceptionally kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. The level of hospitality throughout the hotel was remarkable. The check-in at the Horizon Club was particularly smooth and welcoming. The room was spacious and beautifully appointed, offering a lovely view that made our stay even more enjoyable. If there is one small point for improvement, it would be the bed comfort, which could perhaps be a bit softer. Aside from that minor detail, everything else about the stay was excellent. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and we truly appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the entire team.

Shangri-La Tokyo is conveniently located next to Tokyo Station and was a great place to begin and end our trip to Japan. The views from the rooms were spectacular especially at night. The staff was wonderful and they made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. And the breakfast at the hotel restaurant was delicious especially the strawberry waffles and ricotta pancakes. We appreciated that the staff spoke English as we only spoke a little Japanese. We really enjoyed staying at this hotel.
