Stunning hotel. From the moment we walked through the doors we were welcomed by attentive, friendly staff. The rooms were amazing, the pool area was fantastic to cool down and for the children to have some down time. Food and drinks were all very reasonably priced and high quality and delicious. Good hotel in a good location
The hotel is in a great location in KLCC around 10 mins away from the twin towers on foot and connected to the convention center. It's renovated and has good value for money. The staff was helpful and accomodating. One thing to point out is about housekeeping. It seems that housekeeping quality depends on the team. The first day it looks like they got to our room at the end of their shift and were in a rush to finish, and some things were overlooked. The next day the room was perfectly in order and sparkling. But overall, the hotel is clean, nice, good value for money, and the staff is helpful.
