I had a great stay with my family. As an Expedia VIP, we got upgraded. The hotel is downtown and close to all the major landmarks. Nice restaurants and cafes down the road that you can walk to. I had a great stay, and will definitely go back there when next I am in Toronto.

Our host really made an effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The bed and pillows were amazing, and I am very fussy when it comes to these things. The location is very central......we walked all over the city and took the odd Uber that was very affordable. We always felt safe walking around the neighbourhood. The building also has 24hour security. I would definitely stay here again

Very good choice for our family of four during our six-day stay in Toronto. Relatively spacious, nicely furnished and clean apartment in a great location. The galley kitchen is small but equipped with the basics and the second bathroom is especially handy. Small issues of coordination around check-in and a few expected amenities but the hosts quickly got things fixed and seemed eager to improve. They also refunded the damage deposit without delay and were generally positive and responsive. We would definitely stay again.

The place has beautiful windows with a nice view of the CN tower, a smart and nice layout of the space with good appliances. We encountered a bit of difficulty with the dryer and thermostat but we were able to receive an immediate response and support. We were also welcomed with a nice little welcome treat which added a nice touch. I would say the greatest benefit is definitely the location. I would definitely re-book this spot for my next staycation.

However, the team for Bella’s Suites Yorkville saved the day by upgrading our room and providing excellent accommodations even under last minute conditions. WOW! The pros : very clean centrally located, close to the subway , love the extra space of an apartment as opposed to a sm hotel room. The cons : we were a bit concerned when asked to text our picture I’d to the property manager. We were under the impression this would be handled in person when we arrived at the property? The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. No Kleenex provided . Over all we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again . We do recommend this property

Location, location, location! Fantastic shopping and restaurants were just outside the building. Amazing views from a spacious, nicely appointed, apartment was exactly what we needed for our stay in Toronto. Royal Ontario Museum(ROM) is a VERY short walk. And subway stations(if you’d like to give them a try) are also very close if you’d like to cheaply travel more of the city - we used Uber as well as the subway. The concierge/staff communicated well and were quite accommodating throughout our stay. We were originally looking for a normal hotel room in Toronto, however having an apartment with full kitchen and laundry room available was a huge plus. I would highly recommend this property and would absolutely book again when visiting Toronto.
