The remote check-in system was out of order. We were not given key cards by the machine. At first, the phone support person did not believe it. Then he suggested we should call them every time we wanted to enter our room. This was of course not feasible - and the phone support helpline had a long cue every time I called. After five calls and two hours they did provide physical key cards. Very inconvenient. Otherwise, great location, clean room.

Great family studio in top floor even comes with views of Dome and Ski-jump. Flat was very clean, with an equipped modern kitchenette. Appreciated the basic goodies like coffee pods and shampoo. Good sheets and bedding, nicely decorated, spacious, good heat and fresh air (ample windows). Excellently close to old town, IF you are good on foot. Expect zero parking, even loading and unloading can get tricky! Bathroom ceiling (and maybe drains?) unfortunately had a smelly mold issue.

There is no staff. Self check is a disaster. Room was horrible. There is no parking. Phone number is disconnected. They should change the name to Black Mold hotel. Hotels/Expedia should not do business with this place. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Ehh

We stayed in a room at the Blackhome in Innsbruck. We knew ahead of time that it was a virtual check-in but it was not as easy as they had made it out to be on the website. You needed a lot of information to put into the system, which had a slow screen/keypad. To get an early check-in we had to call a help line, which was difficult since our sim card we bought in Germany did not work in Austria. Then once we got ahold of the line and got approved for an early check-in, the card machine broke. As it was creating and spitting out the card, the card got stuck. Initially we were at a loss for what to do. Luckily we realized we had some tweezers in our toiletry bag and were able to extract the card out of the machine. The accommodations were fine, nothing to write home about. The room was very hot and even though there is a thermostat in it, it does not actually allow you to change the temperature of the room. The shower was nice and head two heads but leaks a lot onto the floor. They did not provide any hand soap in the bathroom so we had to buy some. All in all, not a great stay, but doable for the price just to be in Innsbruck and near the town center.

Forfærdeligt! Umuligt at checke ind på hotellet, og elendig kundeservice. Efter en times kommer vi endelig ind på vores værelse, som er under en trappe i en gyde ud til skraldespandene der stinker. Værelset har nærmest ikke et vindue og er beskidt og har svamp i loftet på badeværelset. Den værste hoteloplevelse nogensinde.

Rummet var fint och köket var bra utrustat. Sängarna väldigt sköna. Vi tyckte det var toppen och nära sevärdheter. För oss var det inget problem, men rummet är väldigt lyhört så det smäller varje gång någon går i porten och sopbil som kör utanför fönstret vid 6 på morgonen. En lampa behöver även bytas som står och blinkar. Trevlig personal hjälpte till via telefon när vi hade svårt att hitta rätt boende.

Incheckningen var en katastrof. Otydliga instruktioner och en skärm där texten inte syntes i solen gjorde incheckningen till en mardröm. Vi var fyra sällskap som stod i cirka 45 minuter innan några av oss kom in. Vi funderade på allvar på om vi var tvungna att hitta ett annat boende.

Vi havde forventet et hotel med reception og ikke self service. Det var besværligt og vi havde ikke modtaget kode til indtjekningen. Derudover er værelset slet ikke svarende til billeder og beskrivelserne. Ligger i en baggård, mørkt - dør til bade værelset lukker ikke ordentligt osv. virker billigt som ikke passer passer til prisen.

Der Zustand des Zimmers war ungenügend. Im Bad fehlte in einer Lampe eine Glühbirne. Die Fassung lag offen und war nich geschützt (Strom) im Bad an der Decke war Schimmel, und das Bad hatte einen eckelhaften Geruch , der aus dem Abfluss kam. Wir hatten Anfang November keine Heizung die gelaufen ist, Am nächsten Morgen stellten wir fest , dass wir auch kein warmes Wasser hatten. Auf Rückfragen hies es man würde einen Techniker schicken, auf den wir dann 2 Stunden gewartet haben. Auch hier kam keine Information von der Hotelleitung. Wir mussten dann ungeduscht das Zimmer verlassen. Meine Lebensgefährtin hat später befürchtet , sie hätte ihre Ohrringe im Zimmer vergessen. Auf Nachfrage hies es wir würden zurückgerufen, da wir zu dem Zeitpunkt noch in Innsbruck waren. Auf den Anruf hätten wir lange warten können. Anstatt eines Telefonates kam eine mail am 08.11. da waren wir schon einen Tag zu Hause. Einziger Lichtblick war das Frühstück, und die Gastfreundlichkeit die wir dort spüren konnten, aber die Damen gehörten wen wundert es auch nicht zum Hotel, sonder waren externe Dienstleister. Aufgrund meiner Ausführungen erwarte ich höflichst eine Entschädigung und eine Rückmeldung. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Ralph Wittenberg
